BASIC FUNCTION

At Clarity Billing, we are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for highly motivated Medical Billing Sales Representatives to join our team. We currently have openings in the Southern California area.

As a Medical Billing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones. This position is perfect for a sales rep with healthcare experience.

RELATIONSHIP

Reports directly to the CEO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the medical billing industry.

• Generate leads through various methods such as canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.

• Conduct comprehensive research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to better understand customer preferences and interests.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements by attending educational workshops and continuing education programs.

• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through active prospecting.

• Communicate with existing customers in person and over the phone to address their needs, concerns, and requirements, and relay important information to management for improved service delivery.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships for account retention and expansion.

• Manage credit card receipts and reconcile them with accounting at the end of each month.

• Provide marketing materials to customers and assist with sales and product training for new staff members.

• Educate doctors on our Medical Billing services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

• Assist with other related duties and projects as required by management.

LICENSE

Valid CA driver's license

Salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
